Why are we talking about Solar or Wind Power Systems? For generations, Power Companies have held us hostage. There has been relatively little investment in new power plants and equipment. But the average consumer has seen their electric bill more than double in the past 10 years! This far outpaces inflation during that same time period. The question then is why have the power companies raised our rates so dramatically?
Because They Can!
SOLAR POWER…
…is the conversion of sunlight into electricity, either directly using photovoltaics (PV), or indirectly using concentrated solar power (CSP). Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. Photovoltaics convert light into an electric current using the photovoltaic effect. You may not understand any of this, but you can still take advantage of the savings.
“The power companies know that their customers could invest as little as $200 and generate their own electricity. That’s precisely why they hope you never learn about my system for solar power!”
